## Job description

岗位职责 （一）落实总部合规管理要求，执行公司合规制度及工作流程，保障分公司农险业务依法合规经营。 （二）开展日常合规预警、检查、配合检查等工作，及时上报风险事项并跟踪整改。 （三）统筹分公司合规建设，包括制度建设、作业管控、数字化风控、合规培训等。 （四）处理分公司日常合规审核、咨询及档案管理等工作。 （五）落实总部专项交叉审计等合规工作，包括承保质检、专项审计等。

### 任职资格 （一）学历

本科及以上学历，法律、风险管理等相关专业优先； （二）年龄：35周岁及以下； （三）经验：熟悉保险监管政策及农险业务流程，有保险合规、风控相关工作经验者优先； （四）能力：具备较强的合规风险识别与排查能力，工作严谨、原则性强，保密意识突出； （五）合规：近两年无警告及以上内部处罚；
