## Job description

岗位职责
- 熟知支付结算行业政策，负责分行支付结算相关业务营销推动及项目推动等工作；
- 负责本地产品及市场调研与分析，挖掘营销线索、协助经营团队深挖客户需求，开展支付结算产品专业化营销、方案设计、产品支持及项目实施等；
- 负责对分行业务人员进行培训、宣导，围绕客户日常交易活动和需求，对基础产品和业务模式进行创新与组合运用，设计综合运用方案；
- 负责分行支付结算业务相关反洗钱及内控合规工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、2年以上公司产品营销经验，熟悉银行支付结算业务，具有与银网联或支付机构合作经验，参与互联网平台清结算、司库建设等相关经历者优先； 3、具有较强的市场敏感度，优秀的业务拓展能力和沟通能力，工作积极主动，责任心和抗压能力强，团队意识强； 4、遵纪守法，无违法、违规、违纪记录，无行业不良记录。
