## Job description

### 岗位职责 平安人寿“星海计划”

打造一支高素质、高收入、高品质的员工制保险销售队伍 ，通过系统化培养、数字化赋能及长效发展机制，赋予星海顾问“金融顾问、家庭医生、养老管家”三专价值传递者的身份定位， 确保服务全程规范、诚信、可持续 ，向客户传递“省心、省事、又省钱”的服务体验，做客户的终身服务伙伴。

### 客户咨询与服务
- 深入了解客户需求，借助集团独具优势的医疗健康服务和养老布局，深入了解客户需求，为客户量身定制个性化的保险方案及服务；

### 客户关系管理
- 建立并维护良好的客户关系，定期回访客户，了解客户需求的变化；

### 市场拓展与营销
- 积极参与公司组织的各类市场拓展与营销活动，提升品牌知名度，吸引潜在客户；

### 团队协作与培训
- 与团队成员紧密合作，共同推动个人及团队发展；同时，参与内部培训，不断提升自身的专业素养和服务能力。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历优先，有寿险销售经验优先，财经、金融、医学、护理等相关专业优先；
- 专业技能:具备良好的沟通能力、客户服务意识和团队合作精神；
- 责任心强，学习能力，具备职业发展主动性或拥有自我驱区动力。
