## Job description

岗位职责 【岗位职责】
- 协助公司的客户经理做好业务支持，包括陪同展业、定制健康管理方案等；
- 做好企业员工的医疗健康管理服务和咨询；
- 组织到企活动，促进线下转线上；
- 维护良好的客情关系，确保客户满意，协助续期管理；
- 完成公司交办的其他任务。 任职资格 【岗位要求】
- 专科及以上学历，具有医疗健康相关教育背景优先；
- 拥有客户服务相关经验，具备良好的服务意识、项目管理能力，具有健康、医疗、医药行业工作经验者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和倾听能力，能清晰理解客户需求并高效回应；熟悉客服流程和常用办公软件；
- 有耐心、责任心、亲合力强，性格较好，具备较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力。
