## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助分行经营单位进行投行商机挖掘，提供客户营销支持、产品方案设计及项目全流程跟进，包括承揽支持、项目追踪、项目承做管理等，推动部门业务目标达成；
- 及时传导落实总行政策，并结合分行情况，制定营销指引、开展产品培训，有效提升客户经理投行业务专业承揽能力；
- 结合市场信息和客户需求，协助总行产品经理进行产品创新。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有2年以上投行或金融相关工作经验，熟悉投行产品及相关业务流程；
- 了解国家经济、金融方针政策及监管要求，熟悉商业银行投行主要业务流程；
- 具备良好的市场营销研判能力及沟通协调能力；
- 具备良好的思想道德及职业道德，爱岗敬业、遵纪守法、廉洁自律，有较强的事业心和进取精神，无不良记录。
