## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责理财、存款、贵金属、国债、跨境等财富产品推动，根据产品推动节奏及要求，做好产品的组合、转培训、销售 推动，实现销售目标，提升资产规模和中收；
- 以客户为中心，做好持仓产品的售后陪伴服务工作。发挥产品顾问“专科医生”、投资顾问“全科医生”联动效能，推动队伍从单一产品销售向从客户视角出发的资产配置转型，推动私财客户产品渗透率、财富健康度提升；
- 根据本分行客户、队伍的特点，运用数字化手段和商机、 企微等平台工具，推动销售队伍不断提升持仓客户数、开单率。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先；
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关 经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有 CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP 等金 融类专业证书者优先；
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力；
- 目标感强，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
