## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责支行总体管理，制定支行发展策略，确立当前以及长远的目标，统筹管理支行及下辖网点的零售业务；2、推动网点销售与服务，完成网点业绩指标、客户经营工作；3、推动总分行客户经营的落地、执行，推动公私联动，发挥批量获客优势 ；4、落实零售银行业务的合规和风险防控工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，在银行业有2年以上支行行长岗工作经验，有在国内泛资管Top50、12家全国性股份制商业银行、世界500强任职经历优先。2.具备战略与规划能力，具备销售管理、客户经营能力；3.风险合规管理能力；4、具有多种实际市场开拓技能，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理建设及组织能力；5、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为；
