## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务推动
- 落实总部各项激励方案的配套方案推动、追踪及实施，制定机构各项激励方案，并推动实施等；

### 数据追踪
- 对核心进程指标进行监测、追踪、分析，并持续优化渠道报表体系；

### 培训赋能
- 负责参与组织渠道业务经理进行产品、销售技能、政策解读等培训；

### 资源拓展
- 银保渠道的开拓及资源维护，重点客户、重大项目的支持；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科学历及以上；金融、保险类等相关专业；
- 具有保险行业银保渠道工作经验；
- 较好的团队合作意识，积极向上，认真负责，执行力强；
- 具备宁波、中行、农行、浦发、邮储等银行资源优先。
