## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动所辖支行内的银保业务，负责业务目标达成；
- 传达和宣导分行政策方针、规则机制、业务策略、推动方案，与所辖业务区域进行沟通协调，保证银保业务顺畅进行；
- 对所辖区域内销售人员进行产品条款、核保双录、客户权益等内容的培训，完成售前售中售后相关赋能；
- 协助支行举办客户沙龙活动，推动行员电访面访、跟进客户商机，进行活动量管理，协助支行组织早夕会；
- 对销售行为和服务品质进行管理，确保各项活动符合规范、确保合法合规开展业务；
- 完成公司及部门交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，重点院校或金融类相关专业毕业者优先； 2、3年以上金融从业经验，其中至少1年以上从事保险相关工作，具备金融行业销售/投资咨询经验者优先； 3、能够独立开展银保销售及组织大型沙龙和产说会；具有良好的逻辑思维和研究分析能力/沟通协调能力/语言表达和文字运用能力，有 CFA/FRM/CIIA/CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先 ； 5. 遵守职业准则，严格保守客户信息秘密，无不良纪录。
