## Job description

岗位职责
- 管理、考核团队经营业绩，引导团队合作，参与、组织和执行总分行的各项业务推动、竞赛、营销活动，带领所负责团队完成各项经营指标；
- 管控团队业务风险，保证合规经营，对相关流程及执行情况进行检查和督导
- 做好团队内部培训及团队建设工作，为团队成员提供必要的各项指导，维护良好的工作氛围 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，金融、财务、经济管理专业优先；
- 具有3年以上相关工作经验，业务资源丰富；
- 较强的市场营销能力和综合金融意识；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法及金融违规记录，
