## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对医保行业客户进行需求调研，收集市场和指定客户的业务需求；
- 梳理和分析医保行业客户需求，设计业务流程、业务架构及解决方案；
- 负责需求概要设计，包括功能性需求设计和非功能性需求设计，满足系统设计、开发的要求；
- 负责对售前方案、系统设计、界面功能设计进行专业评审，确保方案和交付物的合理性和先进性；
- 负责对完成开发的系统进行UAT测试验证，确保系统符合需求规格说明书要求；
- 负责对团队内部和外部的业务指导和培训，帮助内外部快速熟悉系统功能和设计。 任职资格 1.本科学历； 2.5-10年相关工作经验。 3、沟通表达能力强，善于引导和总结客户需求 3、熟悉医保业务优先考虑。 4、能接受长期出差支持项目优先考虑。
