## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助居家养老文娱旅游服务类相关产品设计和产品迭代优化，产品定位符合高客群体实际需求;
- 协助参与居家养老文娱旅游服务相关的项目管理，如老年大学、旅居等相关。配合商务沟通服务设计，供应商系统对接，服务运营推广等全链条工作;
- 负责服务开发后的运营工作，包括服务落地及客户运营工作，对服务开发转化负责 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上养老服务行业行业相关背景。对养老服务市场(居家)有较为深度的了解;
- 专业不限，老年服务.社会工作.市场运营等相关专业尤佳;
- 具备一定的居家养老服务经验，对生活服务，如老年文娱、老年出游、上门生活协助等服务有经验的优先
- 抗压能力强，个人统筹协调能力强，工作计划性好，沟通思路清晰，逻辑明确。
