## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责低空经济创新团队的管理与业务统筹工作
- 整合低空经济行业板块资源，协调政府关系及行业合作伙伴，推动属地低空经济保险项目拓展
- 负责低空经济领域业务的战略规划与落地，探索保险合作新模式 任职资格
- 原则上本科及以上学历要求，专业不限，政府、行业协会合作项目经验者优先
- 具有较强的组织能力，沟通协调能力，队伍管理能力
- 出色的资源整合能力，能快速响应政策与市场变化，有低空经济板块的相关资源关系者优先
- 有强烈的业务拓展意愿，擅于开拓创新板块
