## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与平安银行的外包管理体系的搭建和完善，包括制度建设、队伍建设等。
- 负责平安银行外包管理平台的产品规划、设计与落地；
- 基于数据指标,分析平安银行外包业务的需求与痛点,推动问题的解决及业务的优化,不断提升外包效率和效益。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有五年以上金融行业从业经验，具备金融机构外包管理经验者优先；
- 思路清晰，有优秀的逻辑思维、数据敏感度及分析规划能力；
- 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint，熟悉各类统计分析公式；
- 具备较强的责任心及团队精神,有较强的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力,可在复杂的跨部门合作中承担推动角色。
