## Job description

岗位职责
- 落实银行业务发展方向，组织制定团队业务发展规划、安排实施业务拓展，完成分行下达的各项业务任务;
- 对公司业务内容进行有效的控制和把关，保证各项业务按照规章制度执行；对已授信的客户组织有效的贷后检查和信用分类，防范授信业务的各类经营风险，确保团队合规经营;
- 负责团队组建、日常经营和管理、制度建设等；指导团队成员规划工作、督导执行、实施人才培养等工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年及以上银行公司业务营销经验，有团队管理经验优先； 3、具有较强的业务专业能力、市场开拓能力、统筹规划能力和团队管理能力，能快速适应多变的市场及管理环境； 4、无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
