## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责平安集团级流量增长产品规划，提升流量规模及流量效率。
- 持续拓展公域展位及新增流量场景，突破可运营流量天花板。
- 通过前端样式、交互体验和承接链路优化，提升点击率和转化率。
- 结合用户标签、策略及算法模型，提升流量分发精准度和单位流量价值。
- 建设流量实验、数据分析和效果归因能力，持续推动增长策略优化。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上流量产品、增长产品、推荐或广告产品经验。
- 熟悉曝光、点击、承接、转化等流量增长核心链路。
- 具备较强的数据分析、A/B实验及策略优化能力。
- 对前端体验和算法策略有一定理解，具备良好的项目推动能力。
