## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责中心内咨询顾问的制式培训，销售话术及销售技巧训练、辅导工作，提升咨询 顾问综合素质
- 负责中心内 咨询顾问各项产品知识学习、展业途径实操训练、销售话术及销售技巧训练
- 制定创说会等增员活动的开展计划，执行和落实增员招聘流程，负责增员初筛，进行 候选人的首次面试 任职资格
- 本科及以上学
- 具备较强的逻辑思维；
- 优秀的口头及书面表达能力；
- 能够单独组织策划各类团体活动；
- 拥有金融保险机构培训工作者优先；
