## Job description

岗位职责
- 牵头个贷市场开拓与渠道维护，组织营销活动，推动业绩目标达成。
- 负责个贷团队组建、培训、考核及人才梯队建设，提升队伍产能。
- 把控贷款质量，做好贷前、贷中、贷后全流程管理工作及不良资产处置。
- 统筹部门日常管理、预算执行、合规内控及协调沟通。 任职资格 1、本科及以上，金融、经济、管理等相关专业优先。 2、5年以上银行零售信贷经验，3年以上团队管理经验，熟悉绵阳地区市场。 3、精通个贷业务全流程及监管法规，具备风险识别和市场分析能力。 4、组织沟通能力强，有创新及应急处理能力 5、个人信用记录及从业记录良好，无违法违纪行为。
