岗位职责

### 绩效达成
- 负责达成公司规定的个人业绩目标和品质指标；

### 电话咨询
- 按照公司电话咨询标准，开展公司相关的咨询或服务，并详细、准确记录咨询过程及相关信息

### 客户服务
- 掌握咨询实务流程，提供给客户快速、准确与专业的服务；

### 培训与成长
- 适时反馈培训需求，并协助、参与培训，提升个人专业知识及技能，实现个人成长；

### 工作改善
- 及时反馈工作中、系统运营中存在的问题，反馈所掌握的客户、市场动态等信息，以便公司及时解决、改善；

### 其它
- 积极执行公司政策，完成公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、大专以上学历，2022年应届毕业生。 2、具备优秀的人际沟通及团队合作能力，责任心强，抗压性强。
