## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发与维护私行级客户，完成公司相关的业绩指标和工作考核要求
- 积极挖掘私行级客户的业务需求，在财富管理、家族传承、财务投资等多方面需求提供综合金融解决方案和一体化服务
- 利用公司丰富的金融产品做好高净值客户的资产配置
- 熟悉各类私行级客户的开发方式，有相对成熟的客户来源渠道
- 做好私行级客户的日常经营维护与提升工作，提高客户忠诚度 任职资格
- 本科及以上的学历，具有经济、金融类专业教育背景
- 具备基金从业资格，有丰富的金融专业知识，对于该行业有自己的认识与思考
- 有服务高净值客户经验或有高端客户资源，且主动开发能力强
- 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力，有较好的学习能力、关系经营能力，拥有较好的成熟度和坚韧性
- 较强的语言表达与沟通交流能力，上进心强，富有开拓精神和自我实现的愿望，具备合规风险意识
- 有良好的团队精神，具有高尚的职业素养，对待工作认真主动，能承受压力
- 如有私人银行、投资顾问等2年以上工作经验相关背景优先
