## Job description

岗位职责
- 跟踪现场查勘质量，指导赔案流转；
- 未决案件跟踪，协助核责、核损及谈判，提供合理的理赔方案；
- 理赔风险识别及审计；
- 完成各项考核指标，对未达成指标需做检视；
- 领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 医学、法律相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 学习能力较强、具有良好的沟通协调、抗压能力和责任心；
- 性格开朗、乐于团队协作。
