## Job description

岗位职责

### 销售支持
- 协助销售团队完成日常销售支持工作，包括客户信息整理、销售数据录入、合同管理等。 支持销售团队完成客户拜访、需求分析、方案制定等工作，确保销售流程顺畅。

### 数据分析与优化
- 负责销售数据的统计、分析与汇报，为销售策略提供数据支持。 协助优化销售流程，提升销售团队的工作效率和客户满意度。

### 流程优化与风险控制
- 监控销售过程中的风险点，及时反馈并提出改进建议。 协助推动合同、账号、产品等环节的流程优化，确保合规性。

### 跨部门协作
- 与市场、产品、客服等部门保持紧密沟通，确保信息传递高效准确。 协助组织销售培训，提升团队专业能力。

### 其他支持工作
- 负责销售相关的行政支持工作，如会议安排、文件整理等。 完成上级交代的其他任务。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、电子商务等相关专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 1-3年销售支持、行政支持或相关工作经验，有互联网行业、银行业、金融机构从业经验者优先。

### 技能要求
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、PPT、Word等），具备良好的数据分析能力。 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够独立解决问题；学习能力强，适应快节奏的工作环境。

### 综合素质
- 工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神。 具备一定的抗压能力，能够适应多任务处理的工作环境。

### 语言能力
- 英语、粤语、普通话三语可作为工作语言。
