## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定和优化审批流程，结合策略和管理流程，改善审批效能；
- 监控及分析风险数据波动及组合表现，对异常情况进行策略优化；
- 参与新产品设计和风险政策修正，提出针对性优化审批策略方案，并推动落地；
- 严格遵守部门各项要求，完成部门交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、金融学等相关专业者优先； 2、3年以上信贷审批策略分析管理经验者优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维能力和分析能力，能够独立思考并解决问题者优先； 4、具有敏锐的风险防范意识、良好的职业道德及责任心者优先； 5、熟练常用数据分析软件优先（SAS、SQL、PYTHON等）者优先。
