## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务推动方案的制定与落实，阶段性业务推动中问题的诊断及改进建议。
- 所属支公司、营业部业务计划的追踪，新产品、产品组合的宣导与推动。
- 各项政策、制度、管理规定、作业流程等的宣导与推动。
- 完成领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，经济学、管理学类专业为佳。 2、1年以上销售部门工作经历。 3、有很好的结果导向意识，有很强的监控能力和推动能力，并具有一定沟通协调能力。
