## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责达成分行下达的营销任务;
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖业务部门实施营销活动;
- 负责团队建设和人才培养，包括产品、技能、政策培训。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、具有丰富的市场开拓经验，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力； 3、5年及以上营销经验，丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务； 4、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪及不良从业记录。
