## Job description

岗位职责
- 客户电话呼入与呼出业务受理，确保服务品质与口碑;
- 承接并处理客户投诉抱怨；
- 通过讯息单、邮件等方式与其它部门、外部单位沟通，协调解决客户的问题；
- 客户意见建议收集和反馈；在服务客户同时为公司创造更大价值；5、领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格 1、1-3年相关工作经验 2、有银行客服类相关工作经验者优先考虑
