## Job description

岗位职责
- 新客千元户指标统筹推动；
- 网点阵地获客统筹推动及“一体两翼”模式搭建和标准化动作安装；
- 代发获客统筹；收单（含品牌连锁）业务规划与经营；市场经理队伍管理；
- 负责账户类、支付结算类、收单类拓客产品体系建设与管理；
- 负责场景化获客行业产品方案建设与管理；
- 统筹消保合规与客户管控工作；
- 上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉银行支付结算业务，具备一定的市场开拓能力；
- 拥有团队或外包人员管理经验；
- 具备良好的项目管理及跨部门沟通协调能力；
- 能够熟练操作办公软件；
- 性格开朗、责任心强，风险与合规意识突出。
