## Job description

岗位职责
- 跟踪全市场公募基金（侧重权益基金）、各类风格策略，协助进行基金筛选与管理人调研，完成基金调研纪要、基金研究报告；
- 协助维护和优化底层基金池，完善基金分类体系，开展基金数据分析；
- 协助FOF组合策略研究，参与研发行业风格配置及选基策略，运用量化工具完成策略回测、归因分析等，为投资团队提供参考；
- 部门领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 国内外知名高校硕士及以上学历，2-5年工作经验，金融、经济、金工、统计、数学、计算机等相关专业优先；
- 具备基金研究工作经验，了解基金评价体系、FOF投资逻辑；
- 具备扎实的量化基础，熟练使用Python等编程工具；
- 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，责任心强；
- 具有钻研精神和良好的学习能力，研究踏实，逻辑清晰，工作认真高效。
