## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责

(1) 负责在当地机构支持企康业务开拓和管理； (2) 负责当地市场排摸、项目储备的信息收集，跟踪当地企康市场最新政策动向； (3) 负责分支机构的企康业务数据统计分析，形成分析报告； (4) 负责陪同年金客户经理完成客户拜访，对客户进行现场介绍和沟通； (5) 组织分支机构年金客户经理开展企康产品的线上、线下培训； (6) 定期追踪分支机构企康业务目标完成进展，确保销售目标的达成。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有1-5年企康推动岗工作经验，
- 担任金融机构关系管理，
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-市场营销-市场营销策略，
