## Job description

岗位职责 （1）负责金控集团/公司数字化转型咨询项目的整体把控和交付； （2）参与数字化转型规划或信息化规划的售前工作，能够识别客户关键需求，有针对性地制定咨询方案； （3）在售前和交付项目中负责客户高层沟通，管控项目进度和客户预期； （4）熟悉业务流程，熟知项目管理程序，能撰写项目需求、项目交付文档。 任职资格 （1）全日制本科及以上学历，具有8年以上数字化转型、IT咨询或业务咨询经验（具备埃森哲、德勤、IBM等大型咨询公司工作经验者优先）； （2）能够领导和管理咨询项目团队，具备优秀的协调能力；具有出色的问题分析、需求梳理、数据洞察、沟通表达能力； （3）掌握完整的咨询方法论，能够系统地、逻辑严谨、结构清晰地解决客户面临的战略及管理问题； （4）能够通过高效的沟通表达能力，进行客户高层沟通和汇报，并在沟通过程中挖掘客户深层次诉求，为项目售前和交付工作提供保障； （5）勇于接受挑战，善于开拓创新，团队意识强、抗压能力强； （6）有银行、证券、金控公司等金融行业数字化转型咨询项目经验者优先；有金融机构业务流程优化、风险管理体系建设类项目经验者优先； （7）熟悉金融机构监管要求；深入理解银行、保险、证券等金融业务者优先。
