## Job description

岗位职责
- 对支行的各项业务负责，合理制定达成支行业务部门的具体工作计划并有效实施；
- 统筹好厅堂主管、柜员、理财经理、综拓经理、个贷客户经理等各岗位角色，通过有效的日常管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成业务发展目标；
- 作为支行案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、消保工作的第一责任人，同时对监管检查及处罚负责，协调处理客户投诉，贯彻合规及风险控制要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上银行零售工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验；
- 熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务，具有比较丰富的专业工作经验和管理经验；
- 具备良好的推动执行能力、团队建设能力，具有良好的职业道德，无违规违纪行为。
