## Job description

岗位职责
- 宏观政策研究和大类资产轮动策略研究，为战略资产配置（SAA）提供研判依据；
- 系统性跟踪全球主要经济体的货币政策、财政政策、利率走势和监管动态，并对政策影响进行解读，撰写研究报告，形成季度/年度资产配置建议；
- 参与战略资产配置规划制定，优化各类资产长期配置比例，通过优化配置平衡组合的收益与波动，并进行动态监控和优化调整。 任职资格 1、硕士及以上学历优先，经济、金融等相关专业优先； 2、持有CFA、FRM、CPA等证书者优先； 3、5年以上大类资产配置经验，精通宏观策略研究和利率曲线研判，有头部保险公司大类资产配置经验者优先。
