## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司业务发展及人员增长，编制公司职场年度租赁规划；
- 根据职场租赁规划，完成职场考察及租赁签约工作；
- 负责职场设计、造价、监理、验收、结算等职场建设过程工作的组织及实施；
- 负责组织装修、综合布线、家具、职场设备集成等供应商的选择评估及过程管理；
- 负责公司职场的日常运维工作；
- 按集团及公司要求撰写各类职场报表及日常对接工作；
- 部门领导交办的其它事宜。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、1-2年工作经验； 3、熟悉掌握专业的建筑工程或房地产评估、市场调查技能，具备一定的保险、财务等相关知识； 4、目标清晰，有全局观念； 5、具备较强的责任心、抗压能力； 6、擅于主动思考问题，自我驱动型，有发现问题和解决问题的能力； 7、具备较强的沟通能力，工作认真、爱岗敬业； 8、有良好的学习能力和适应能力； 9、心态积极乐观，原则性保密性强。
