## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责机构人事版块员工关系、福利待遇等相关工作；
- 负责机构行政版块职场运维、内外宣传、文秘等相关工作；
- 负责机构线下合规相关工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 优才本科及以上学历，计算机、法律类专业优先，内部正编优秀者可适当放宽；
- 工作积极主动、有耐心，良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力；
- 具有良好的责任心、执行力和抗压能力；
- 会熟练使用常见办公软件。
