## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户数据分析与策略制定
- 收集、整理并分析央国企客户的需求痛点及市场趋势，挖掘潜在需求；根据客户情况，制定针对性的服务方案及“一企一策”的定制化推动计划；

### 客户服务方案策划制定
- 根据公司目标，结合渠道/销售/客户需求，策划线上线下联动的企业侧服务方案，提升企业客户使用率及补充医疗的消费转化；

### 分公司销售支持
- 根据分公司业务需要，持续优化销售支持流程，提高工作效率；领导安排的其他待办事项；

### 跨部门协作与资源整合
- 协调公司内部资源（产品、运营、客服等），确保客户需求得到高效满足 任职资格
- 市场营销、工商管理、数据分析专业优先；
- 具备2年以上营销策划经验，具备销售经验/活动策划能力；有央国企项目服务经验者优先；
- 熟悉团险或TPA或健康管理公司的客户服务流程；
- 具有较强的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；具备团队合作精神，责任心强，积极主动；有较强的资源整合能力。
