## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品创新与设计
- 负责宠物健康险及相关增值服务产品的规划、设计与迭代。深入分析宠物主需求，结合宠物医疗大数据，设计具有市场竞争力的保险产品形态；

### 场景化运营
- 依托互联网渠道，拓展合作场景，构建“保险 + 服务”的闭环生态，提升获客效率与转化率；
- 跨部门协同推动项目落地。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、宠物专业或行业经验、资源优先，3年及以上行业经验优先；
- 具有较强的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感性；
- 具备创新精神和开放式思维；
- 具有较强的执行力、责任心、敬业、团队精神；
