## Job description

岗位职责 1.基于项目和用户需求分析，综合竞争对手动态和市场动态，整合各类需求，规划产品路线和功能。 2.负责产品的功能模块设计，编写产品需求文档，制作产品原型，协同设计团队完成交互与视觉设计。 任职资格 （一）有良好的中介市场销售经验者优先。 （二）具有较强的市场策划、协调公关、组织营销、业务开拓与推动能力。 （三）具有较强团队管理与培训辅导能力，热爱销售管理工作。 （四）熟悉保险公司各种金融产品和前后线运作流程。
