## Job description

岗位职责
- 业绩目标:负责统筹所辖渠道的业务规划、指标追踪及统计分析，跟踪渠道业绩达成
- 指标追踪:制定所辖渠道的跟踪报表，督导各渠道目标达成，抽检各层级人员动作执行情况
- 方案制定:制定所辖渠道的营销和推动方案，进行标准动作跟踪与计划达成
- 项目运作:根据渠道特性统筹重点项目的开展及运作
- 报告制定:根据市场、数据、机构情况等进行相关报告的制定，提出相关建议供领导层决策，推动业务达成 6其他日常业务推动工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历;
- 医学、保险类等相关专业优先;
- 有企划、寿渠业务推动、团险业务推动等相关工作经验优先;
- 有较强的数据逻辑、经营分析能力和沟通交流能力，有责任心、进取心、有创新意识;
- 熟练使用offce等办公软件，有数据、统计分析经验者优先。
