## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻落实总部人力资源管理相关制度，建立分部人事管理秩序；
- 负责分部员工关系管理，包括人事档案管理、考勤管理、入离职调动及合同续签等手续办理；
- 负责分部招聘渠道的开拓及人员招聘，有效控制人力编制；
- 贯彻总部绩效管理政策，负责协助开展员工绩效管理
- 其他人事支持类工作 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，
- 熟悉HR工作全流程，擅长处理员工关系；
- 沟通协调能力强，
