## Job description

岗位职责

### 资产配置管理
- 支持保险系列公司年度SAA的统筹制定，全面监测保险系列公司SAA执行情况，跟踪资产配置进度、投资业绩达成情况，并在集团层面进行并表管理；

### 投资绩效分析
- 基于投资数据进行绩效归因分析，从投资、财务等角度及时提出专业的指导意见，同时密切追踪市场同业配置变化；

### 投资中台系统建设
- 支持和维护集团投资中台系统开发建设，包括但不限于日常数据管理，需求提出与验收，AI创新项目建设等。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历。金融、财务、数学等相关专业； 2.6年以上金融从业经验，有资产配置管理、绩效归因分析、会计核算、风险分析相关经验优先； 3.有较强数据处理和投资分析能力，对数据有较强敏感度； 4.能熟练运用excel、ppt、word等办公软件，具备一定编程能力（Python、VBA）优先； 5.有较强的文字表达能力、有责任心、团队合作能力、沟通协调能力； 6.英语水平优秀
