## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务开拓
- 根据集团及公司战略及业务方向，负责公司企康业务（健康保障委托管理）市场信息摸排、渠道共拓，完成项目储备、项目开拓工作，推动企康业务目标达成。

### 客户服务
- 负责维护客户关系，为客户提供健康保障委托管理相关服务，如到企活动、理赔服务、业务保全变更、业务咨询等工作。

### 委托转化
- 以健康保障委托合约约定为准，履行保司责任，完成客户委托管理资金消耗及转化工作。 任职资格
- 本科及其以上学历，保险、金融学、市场营销、法律、公共管理、工商管理等相关专业。
- 具备客户长期经营经验和运维能力，能够独立进行对外谈判和合作沟通，整合商务方案深入拓展业务关系。
- 五年以上企业保险业务销售、管理或政府相关单位工作经历，有央国企及健康保险业务资源者优先。
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑分析能力，有丰富的跨团队、部门的项目资源整合能力。
- 目标导向意识和责任心强，较强的突发事件应急处理能力及抗压能力。
