## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助 HRD 制定年度人力策略，深度参与重点项目，负责各类高层汇报材料及专题报告的撰写与打磨。
- 负责人力全模块数据分析，诊断组织痛点（如投产、人效、架构等），为管理层提供决策支持；
- 直接汇报于 HRD，统筹部门重点专项工作，推动人力部重点工作落地。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，咨询、投研或PMI背景优先，2年及以上项目经验；
- 具备金融或人力资源项目实战经验，主导或深度参与过战略规划、人力资源体系搭建或组织架构设计等综合解决方案制定；
- 具备较好的PPT撰写及材料协作能力；逻辑性强、沟通协调能力佳，具有较强的抗压能力和团队合作意识。
