## Job description

岗位职责 1、大专学历及以上； 2、1年及以上客服、贷后或咨诉处理相关工作经验； 3、银行贷款、互联网金融贷款、保险等金融类机构工作背景优先； 4、熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件； 5、有较强的逻辑思维能力，及较强的沟通、协调、谈判能力，有较强的抗压力。 任职资格 1、大专学历及以上； 2、1年及以上客服、贷后或咨诉处理相关工作经验； 3、银行贷款、互联网金融贷款、保险等金融类机构工作背景优先； 4、熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件； 5、有较强的逻辑思维能力，及较强的沟通、协调、谈判能力，有较强的抗压力。
