## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责保险核心系统规划，包括保单服务、契约保全、保险理赔等保险承保理赔服务全流程；
- 响应和分析业务部门的需求，根据产品规划合理的执行和实现；
- 洞察行业前沿技术发展和相关科技能力发展，进行产品创新和改进；
- 管理&提升团队人员能力，营造积极向上团队氛围；
- 跨部门沟通，协调资源，具备独立承接落地公司大型项目能力。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历优先，理工科背景或研发背景优先； 2. 5年以上保险核心系统产品设计和需求分析相关经验，对保险产品、保险公司运营各环节有一定了解，具备内部系统从0到1的项目经验； 3. 具备3年以上5人以上团队管理经验，具有横向整合和内部赋能能力； 4. 优秀的需求设计、捕获、分析与管理能力，能输出高质量的系统需求文档，精通常见的产品设计工具，如 Axure、Visio 等； 5. 具备优秀的沟通及协作能力，能够协调各方资源，推动需求落地； 6. 优秀的分析能力和严密的逻辑思维；出色的语言、沟通、组织和协调能力。
