## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责零售信贷业务的审查、审批工作；
- 负责对零售信贷客户经理的培训和指导工作；
- 参与拟订区域内零售信贷业务的授信细则。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上银行信贷经验，2年以上贷后管理经验； 3、熟悉掌握商业银行风险管理相关的法律法规、监管政策及规定，熟练掌握各风险管理政策、制度、办法以及操作规程； 4、良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录，无重大违规违纪。
