## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微客户的市场拓展与营销，深耕本地商圈、专业市场，挖掘客户融资及综合金融需求，提供全方位的业务咨询与定制化金融服务方案；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历；
- 要求近3年有银行专职信贷业务经验，且原则上银行小微业务经验不低于3年；有小微企业贷款经验人员优先；
- 近3年信贷中介经验禁入，履历中过往有相关经验的需零贷和风险两部门共同面谈确认；
- 良好的职业道德，过往业务风险表现较好，无不良信用记录，无监管机构金融违规记录，符合合规要求；
- 自主展业获客能力强，需有资源储备，可快速转化；
- 表现积极向上，稳定性强
