## Job description

岗位职责 团队支持 1．协助业务部总监进行团队管理，包括不限于团队激励、考核费用等过程管理； 2．协助制定业务部的规划与发展策略。 业务管理 业务部业绩追踪、指标管理、数据通报等。 其他 1．业务部日常行政工作； 2．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至专科学历；
- 具有较强的渠道管理、业务管理、企划分析能力；
- 具有完善的办公软件操作能力，熟练运用PPT、EXCEL、WORD等工具；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、统筹规划能力、抗压能力，有责任心，耐心细致。
