## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责推动零售贷款业务指标达成；
- 设计产品营销策略，建立全流程管理体系；
- 定期分析业务数据，发现问题并提出改进建议；
- 协调各部门配合贷款业务开展；
- 按时完成上级安排的工作任务。 任职资格

### 基本条件
- 学历要求：本科及以上学历（金融、经济、管理类相关专业优先）；

### 专业能力
- 精通信贷业务全流程管理，具备完整信贷知识体系； 掌握数据分析、市场研判、营销策划与落地执行等核心技能；

### 工作经验
- 3年以上市场营销/业务推动/团队管理复合型经验； 具有银行零售信贷或普惠金融实战经验者优先；

### 综合素质
- 品行端正，原则性强，无重大违规违纪及不良从业记录； 具备结构化思维能力，擅长跨部门沟通协调； 对市场保持高敏感度，具有创新意识和抗压能力。
