## Job description

岗位职责

### 基础核保
- 产品核保报价、审核；核保政策制定；基础业务风筛

### 产品增长
- 商机梳理下发，认领、拜访追踪，推动业务产出

### 经营分析
- 产品业绩达成及成本数据监控及分析，结合当前达成调整业务策略

### 品质管控
- 识别、评估、管控业务风险，优化整体业务品质。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 有相关岗位经验人员优先
- 有较强项目规划、业务推动、沟通协调能力，具有一定营销思维、市场开拓意识，主动性、责任心、学习能力强
