## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务拓展和客户全流程服务。
- 标准化产品出单及批改等基础作业。
- 行业化、专业化销售组织的角色细分职责由分公司根据实际拓展需要制定。
- 协助销售总监，进行队伍管理，包括不限于队伍应收、续保、激励、考核等过程管理。 任职资格
- 学历要求全日制本科及以上，机构外围全日制大专及以上学历，包含总部视同学历要求。
- 外聘鹰才和特殊资源型人才可适当放宽学历要求，但分公司应制定保费或其他标准，且考核期缩短为半年，按非标件报批。
- 具有较强销售技能。
- 通过核保上岗考试优先。
- 分公司规定的其他标准。
